Flooded Building in Silicon Valley

What would have seemed like a simple overflow from the Men's Room affected twelve rooms at this Commercial Building. The walls were insulated and had to be opened to remove the wet insulation and dry the wall cavities. This prevented secondary damage and microbial growth. Drying was completed very quickly due to the metal framing. Our client was very satisfied with our response time, the straight and clean drywall and tile cuts and the short duration of time on site.
